North Otago Floral Art Group Designer of the Year 2011

“Elegance” was the title chosen for the North Otago Floral Art Group‘s Designer of the Year 2011 and members presented a beautiful array of designs featuring lots of beautiful flowers and associated plant material. The judge was Anne Mackay of Herbert.

Members of the public including bus loads of residents from retirement homes in the town visited and enjoyed the elegant and colourful designs.

The venue in the foyer of the recently refurbished Oamaru Opera House was a perfect setting for this competition. Visitors enjoyed afternoon tea, while viewing the display.
