Timaru Floral Art Group Designer of the Year 2009
In October members of the Timaru Floral Art Group competed for the Dorothy Parker Trophy awarded to the Designer of the Year winner.
The title was 'Pavé with Panache' a table top design. The Pavé style of design was required in all entries, with a stylish addition of individual flair creating panache in a variety of ways.

The judge Liz Chapman, Geraldine member and National FASNZ vice –president was delighted with the standard of the sixteen designs presented for her to judge.
