'Royal Wedding' in Waimate

On a recent meeting night, members of the Waimate Floral Art Group marked the imminent "Royal Wedding" with traditional floral designs and table-settings at Café on Queen a popular restaurant in the town.

Members worked in groups to create the beautiful designs and concluded the evening with a light supper, all suitably dressed for the occasion of the ‘Royal Wedding'. The floral designs remained at the Café for several days to allow the public to visit the display.
