"Art Beat Aoraki" FASNZ Conference South Canterbury 2009

The 'Art Beat Aoraki' FASNZ 2009 Conference was held in Timaru, South Canterbury during April 2009.

As well as meetings and workshops for all the visiting and local floral artists to attend, Irene Brockwell from Australia was the guest demonstrator and put on an enthralling show which the numerous in attendance enjoyed.

The South Canterbury Floral Area must have put on a good show as some of the National FASNZ administrators and other visitors had time to expound on the virtues of plastic bags to one of the local newspapers.
