Vanita Patel

Vanita Patel’s theme encompassed some of the culture of India described in her designs which were inspired by historic places and ended at Bollywood.

Bollywood is the informal term popularly used for the Hindu language film industry based in Mumbai, Maharashtra India. The term is often incorrectly used to refer to the whole of Indian cinema; it is only a part of the Indian film industry. Bollywood is the largest film producer in India and one of the largest centres of film production in the world.

The audience were captivated by Vanita’s use of bright vibrant colours in her bold, but exquisite designs.
