Taupo 2011 "A Walk on the Wild Side"

FASNZ Inc. Conference and AGM held in Taupo
Hosted by the Waikato Area April 27th to 30th 2011.

Registrants arriving at conference were made very aware of the Conference theme '… walk on the Wild Side', with a severe storm interrupting plane flights and buses detouring from fallen trees and a power outage for several hours. However by morning power was restored and designs for the Exhibition as well as the competitive class were completed.

The weather abated and on Wednesday evening, another enlightening, friendly and enjoyable, Conference was launched by the Mayor of Taupo.
