Annual General Meeting Remits
ALTERATIONS TO THE RULES: Rule 19 of the Constitution April 2009
REMITS: Rule 20 of the Constitution April 2009:
"Any affiliated group desiring to bring forward to any General Meeting any business for discussion other than an Alteration to the Rules as provided under Rules 19 shall forward to the Secretary, in writing, notice of such business at least four (4) months prior to the date of such meeting. Remits shall be considered by the Management Board and the Secretary shall give notice in writing to every affiliated group of the proposed remit at least one (1) month prior to the date of such meeting."
Such Alteration to the Rules and Remits will be tabled for discussion/acceptance at the February 2022 Management Board Meeting.
REMITS: SHOULD BE CLEARLY STATED on a separate A4 page.
