Annual General Meeting Remits

ALTERATIONS TO THE RULES: Rule 22 of the Constitution 2025

REMITS: Rule 22.2 of the Constitution 2025:
Any affiliated group desiring to bring forward to any General Meeting business or remits for discussion on Alteration to the Rules as provided under Rules 22.2 shall forward to the Secretary, in writing, notice of such business at least four (4) months prior to the date of such meeting.

Business papers/Remits shall be tabled for discussion/acceptance at the following January Management Board Meeting and the Secretary shall give notice in writing to every affiliated group of the proposed remit at least one (1) month prior to the date of such meeting.

Discussion papers/remits for Alterations to the Rules to be completed and submitted by 20th November 2026.
