Step by Step ROUND AND ROUND by Elaine Searl

Step 1
Requirements:
1m x 1m corrugated cardboard
Scissors, pencil, ruler
25cm cake board base
5 or 7 orchid tubes
Rounds of plain card
Rounds of cane

Flowers:
5-7 orchids or roses
Some vine or air moss

Step 2:
Measure cardboard 3cm wide and cut into strips across the corrugation

Step 3:
Wind around and around adding a spot of glue to hold and joining the next strip on until you have covered the base completely.

Step 4: Cut some more strips 2 cm wide and wind smaller rounds of different sizes.

Step 5: Build up your design to suit and place small orchid tubes where required to create a pleasing design.
